Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  We will try our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Shipping times may vary depending on your location and may be delayed due to postal service problems, which are outside of our control.  

We ship both domestically and internationally.  Shipping times depend on your location.  In general, international shipping takes significantly longer than local shipping.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Personalized orders take 2 to 4 weeks to create and process because they are made to order.  

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For domestic orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $100.  We offer $9.90 flat rate standard shipping on orders under $100 weighing 0 to 5 pounds. 

International shipping costs will vary depending on location.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Lim's Vintage is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.  

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and must be contacted within 7 days after delivery for item to be returnable.  Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after delivery.   The item must be unused and in its original condition in order to receive a full refund.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

Custom or personalized orders, as well as intimate items such as underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
